We'd recommend sticking the Open / Closed sign on glass using the adhesive pads provided, and once positioned correctly, firmly holding it in place for 30 seconds to ensure the adhesive sticks. For installing on other surfaces like wood, metal, and brick, it's best to get your local builder or handyman to help out, as you will need to use a stronger adhesive or glue.
