We had the pleasure of meeting Max, founder of Melbourne's Little Sky Gelato, a family-owned business that takes pride in serving up delicious gelato produced with only the finest ingredients, while also being as eco-friendly as possible. Over the last 12 months we’ve been renovating our studio space in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. It’s made for a pretty noisy work space, but we’re at the business end and it’s certainly starting to come together.
