Have you ever wondered how we decide what products to make? Someone recently asked Will, so we thought we'd dive into it. It’s really simple:

We design things we think are genuinely useful, beautifully made, and hard to find anywhere else.

Original concept drawing for our Round Lightbox Sign - every product starts here.

A lot of it starts with conversations. We’re constantly talking with customers like you about the things that are tricky or expensive to get custom-made. Then we set out to create something better: well-designed, batch-produced, and fairly priced.

An example of something that’s usually custom-made and hard to source: Our Booth Seats and Booth Tables, coming soon.
Our furniture range was designed to save people the time, cost, and headache of commissioning bespoke furniture, while still looking great in a space.
We obsess over the details. Most of our products go through at least a dozen prototypes. Every sample gets refined, tweaked, and tested until it looks great and feels seamless to use — something you can’t always achieve on your first try.

Right now, we’re revisiting one of our favourites: the Counter Signs.

We’re working on ideas like adding lines to the product so your magnets are always straight. A bit of wonkiness can add some character, but they can quickly get out of control.

If you’ve got feedback for this product, or any hot ideas for any future products we should consider, we'd genuinely love to hear them — just contact us here.
